Please note that credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You are not permitted to copy any of the content of this site for any reason whatsoever without prior written permission by us. If you have an item missing from your order we must be informed within 7 days of you receiving it. You should inform us initially by e-mail to info@rubyruthdolls.com. Please include ‘Missing items’ as the subject line and include your order confirmation number within the content of your e-mail.
PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display all of our dolls, t-shirts, mugs and other prodcuts as accurately as possible though the actual colour of the product may vary due to differences in monitors or mobile devices being used to view them. Our product measurements area as accurate as possible but are ‘approximate’.
We reserve the right, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products their prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
PRICES
We make every effort to ensure that prices on our website are correct, however if incorrect pricing has been published then we will inform you of any such changes. You may then choose to cancel the order or accept the amended price.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT
DISCOUNT and REWARD VOUCHERS
If you have a discount or voucher please note that these are applied to the value of the order, but usually excluding delivery costs unless otherwise stated. The offer code must be entered in to the Discount Code box on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Only one offer can be applied to any order. Sales items are excluded from discount offers, unless stated. Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.
